Chia pudding with blueberries

You will like this dessert if: a) you don't like time-consuming recipes, b) you don't like demanding recipes, c) you like puddings, d) you are on a low carb diet. I admit that I was a little skeptical at first about whether this “pudding” actually tastes like pudding. It turned out just the opposite, chia pudding really surprised me positively. I prepared it right in the pots I had at home and it turned out really nice. With this pudding, you can also surprise your guests, as it really turns out just like in a confectionery or fancy restaurant. 😀

The best part about the recipe is that you only need three ingredients. Yes, you read that right.
1.5 dl of milk 45g chia seeds 30g of natural calorie-free sweetener Sugarsweet 1: 2
Procedure:
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour into empty pots.
  1. Refrigerate for about 3 hours to soak up the seeds. The mixture thickens and the chia pudding is ready.
If this is not the easiest recipe in the world… you really have no excuse not to try it! 😉 The whole dessert has about 80 calories, you can also prepare it if you are on a low carb diet. Chia seeds have very few carbohydrates.
